Musical instruments are not indestructible but with proper care and appropriate maintenance will provide years of excellent service.
In the unlikely event that a problem arises as a result of a defect in either materials or workmanship within the stated period, we will promptly repair the item at our expense or replace with a new one at our discretion.
This warranty does not cover damage that may result from abuse, mishandling, fair wear and tear of component parts normally requiring periodic replacement or normal wear of instrument or component finishes. Further, in line with common practice, unauthorised repair or modification will void all warranties.
To make a claim simply return the product to the place of purchase, along with your receipt as proof of purchase. Alternative arrangements may be made if you cannot return the product to the place of purchase. MDA’s warranty is to the original purchaser only and providing the product was purchased new from an authorised reseller.
